Eight & Four named one of only five ever-present agencies on Campaign's Best Places to Work

  • News

We've made Campaign's Best Places to Work list every single year since it launched in 2019. This year's rankings were revealed on 18 May, and we're one of just five agencies across all of UK adland to have appeared on every list since the beginning.

The full ever-present five, in no particular order: St Luke's, Goodstuff Communications, Active International, Mobsta, and us.

Out of a sector that turns over staff, agencies, and leadership at pace, staying on this list for eight years running says something we're proud of. It's a recognition built on the people who actually make eight & four what it is, voted for through a confidential staff questionnaire run by Workforce Research Group, alongside an assessment of our benefits, policies and culture.

Showing up on this list year after year, through a pandemic, through every wave of industry change, is the part that matters most to us. It means our team keeps telling Campaign that this is a place worth working.

Top spot this year went to AMS Media Group, with December19 in second and Bind Media in third. Congratulations to all three, and to every agency on the 2026 list.

To everyone at eight & four: thank you. You're the reason we're on this list. Eight years in, here's to the next one.
