    ONWARDS

    Our future-focused learning and development training days for eight&four colleagues, clients and friends of the agency. To sign up to be part of our next Onwards event head here.

    PDP

    Careers at eight&four are defined by progress. Every 6 months you’ll have a PDP review - a 360 performance and development review, including transparent peer feedback. This is key to setting goals for the next 6 months, and is the foundation of your career progression at eight&four.

    OFFSITE

    Each Autumn we travel abroad as a team for 4 days of team bonding. A central community moment for the agency, it's about celebrating the year's work, getting to know our hybrid colleagues better, and having once in a lifetime travel experiences.

    Pitchfest

    Pitchfest is our annual celebration of creativity each Spring. It’s a zero-pressure, distraction-free day of immersive creativity. With hands-on workshops, team challenges, and guest-led inspiration sessions, it’s a chance to pause and focus thinking up, out and beyond.

    Careers at eight&four are defined by progress. You’ll benefit from bi-annual reviews with your line manager and regular reviews throughout your probationary period.

    Each Autumn the whole team packs up for 4 days abroad on the company card! We also do an annual charity day, followed by a very special meal out.

    Your package kicks off with 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays (including a full week off at Christmas). After 1 year here, you accumulate an extra day for every year spent together, up to an additional 10 days for 10 years service.
