The good news in 2023 isn’t over just yet, as eight&four proudly celebrate another award nomination for Best Agency Culture 2023 at the Oystercatchers!
This award celebrates the work that goes into creating an outstanding agency culture which supports employee happiness, growth, and learning, while also driving business success.
From our annual offsite trip where we whisk the whole agency abroad for 4 days of workshopping, team activities and celebrations, to our monthly socials of team bonding that range from pottery painting to rooftop mini golf – we recognise the importance of maintaining a vibrant, inclusive culture, where people genuinely enjoy coming into work and spending time together outside of the office.
Today we are an agency of 120+ and continuously growing as business success rises at a strong and steady pace, which is a testament to our creative collaboration within teams.
This nomination demonstrates just how committed we are to agency culture and investment in the wellbeing of our employees which in turn, has aided the phenomenal success and growth of eight&four in the last 24 months.
