Pitchfest isn't done for the year. This one belongs to the next generation.
On Tuesday 22nd September, we're opening our office to the next generation of marketers, creatives and creators from our clients' teams and our own. Teams of peers, taking a live brief from blank page to pitch in a single day. And a party to finish, of course.
Why we're doing it
The best part of Open House in July wasn't what happened on stage. It was watching brilliant people from different organisations sit down together, share the problems they're actually wrestling with, challenge each other and think differently because of it.
Rising Stars takes that and gives it a purpose. One brief. Eight teams. A day to crack it.
How the day works
Teams get the brief first thing and then the run of the agency: our strategists, creatives and studio on hand the way they would be on any live project. Real process, real pressure, real feedback.
The 'pitch off'
It all builds to the 'pitch off'. Eight teams, one room, judged by a panel and a people's vote. One team walks away as Rising Star team of the day, with the kudos and the glory that go with it.
Senior teams are welcome to come along and watch their colleagues pitch.

How to join
Rising Stars is open to clients and friends of the agency. Send us the names of the people in your team who should be in the room, and we'll do the rest. Email steph.smith@eightandfour.com.
