Thirteen years on… and the eight&four Offsite still delivers. This year, more than 80 of us traded Old Street for the Adriatic coast, swapping Slack notifications for sunshine and strategy sessions for sea swims.
Four days away from the day-to-day took months of preparation, countless logistics, and a whole lot of teamwork to make it happen, but it’s always worth it.
Agency life moves fast. It’s full of shifting priorities, tight turnarounds and creative problem-solving on repeat. To thrive in that kind of energy, you need genuine connection, trust, and a team that’s got your back no matter what.
There’s no training course or team-building exercise on earth that builds trust, connection and shared energy quite like Offsite. Time spent together outside the walls of the office strengthens the bonds that make the everyday chaos feel doable, even joyful.
