For the Festive Spirit - Regent Street and St James's

To capture the magic of the festive season and boost awareness, footfall, and spend, we delivered a multi-channel campaign for Regent Street and St James’s—celebrating their heritage, vibrancy, and seasonal experiences through insight-led storytelling and activation.

Our task was to position Regent Street and St James’s as the must-visit destinations during the festive period. We needed to generate excitement and emotional connection, while driving tangible results: increased visitor numbers and on-site spend across the iconic central London portfolio.

Amidst the noise of holiday advertising, consumers seek genuine festive moments—those that feel personal, joyful, and rooted in place. We identified the opportunity to celebrate the distinctive mix of premium retail, heritage, and cultural experiences offered by Regent Street and St James’s through a message of shared seasonal spirit.

We launched For You, For Me, For Us, For The Festive Spirit—a vibrant, emotion-led campaign showcasing the destinations as places where everyone could find festive joy. Stunning hero photography and video assets brought the offering to life across high-impact paid media, including OOH, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, audio, and publisher partnerships. We complemented this with a Surprise & Delight calendar and a festive light switch-on experience that drew in crowds. Earned media outreach drove coverage and visits to key attractions like the Choose Love pop-up and light installations. Paid and gifted influencer partnerships showcased the festive schedule, while owned channels—including a dedicated holiday web hub, newsletters, and social—ensured consistent storytelling and engagement throughout the season.
