EIGHT&FOUR HAS BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR SEVEN EUROPEAN AGENCY AWARDS

News just in: eight&four has picked up nominations for seven different categories within the European Agency Awards – spanning everything from Best Social Media Campaign to Integrated Agency of the Year. Read on for a run-down of the awards we’ve been nominated for and the work which has earned us a spot in the shortlists.

STRONG USE OF CAMPAIGN AWARD NOMINATIONS

-        Best Social Media Campaign

-        Best Integrated Campaign

-        Best Pan European Campaign

Our work with Genesis Motor Europe - a luxury South Korean automotive brand - has landed us nominations across not one, not two, but three different campaign categories. These recognise the fact that since launching the brand’s Pan European channels from scratch in April 2021, our social strategy has seen us not only drive fame for Genesis, but also deliver on their bold proposition through the lens of an integrated and funnel-fluent approach.

Results include activating six cross-channel campaigns, supporting seven big events and organising seven production shoots - resulting in 590 bespoke pieces of content, a total of 712 million impressions, 720k engagements, 69k new followers and 675k traffic (8% above our target). We also secured 100 influencers/ambassadors for the brand, resulting in a further 8.2 million impressions, 568k engagements, 1000 pieces of content and an engagement rate as high as 11%.

AGENCY RECOGNITION AWARD NOMINATIONS

-        Social Media Agency of the Year

-        Integrated Agency of the Year

-        Best Large Agency of the Year

-        Best Agency Culture

We’ve also bagged four separate nominations for awards recognising some of our agency’s more structural and internal achievements - from our dedicated investment in culture to our success in driving ROI. Being nominated for Social Media Agency of the Year and Integrated Agency of the Year speaks directly to the work we have put in to secure our set-up as a performance-driven 360 social & creative agency (with full in-house production capabailities which have seen our production team spend 68 days on foreign soil this year alone). Our nomination for Best Large Agency of the Year also has particular resonance for us through its recognition of the fact that, despite rapid growth within the team over the last year, we have managed to maintain a staff retention rate of over 91%. Lastly, our nomination for Best Agency Culture allows us to really celebrate the efforts of our Culture Committee, whose dedicated program has contributed towards us being named in Campaign’s Top 50 Places to Work in marketing for four years in a row.
