Eight&four scores a prestigious double-shortlisting in two categories at the European Agency Awards 2023!

Some more exciting news to share this awards season: we’ve been shortlisted for not one, but two separate awards at the European Agency Awards 2023!

BEST SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN - GENESIS EUROPE 

Our work with Genesis Europe has landed us on the shortlist for ‘Best Social Media Campaign’, following our efforts to establish the Korean brand in the ever-competitive European automotive market. Our main goal was to build brand awareness by disseminating distinct, targeted and high-end editorial content across the brand’s social channels -which, in turn, allowed us to yield community engagement and lower funnel outcomes.

To achieve this goal, we nurtured relationships with over 160 influencers and creators who best represented and engaged our target market, as part of our ongoing ‘Genesis Friends’ programme. We also curated cross-channel content, covering key moments of Genesis’ introduction to the UK market, including Genesis’ inaugural sponsorship of the Scottish Open golf tournament, as well as content promoting the launches of new car models and the brand’s  four new showrooms.   

Our bespoke social strategy successfully generated full funnel results, demonstrated through an astounding 2.7 billion social impressions and a significant increase in website traffic, prompting over 3,000 test-drive bookings in just six months.

BEST LARGE AGENCY - EIGHT&FOUR

Our second nomination was for the ‘Best Large Agency of the Year’ award. 

We’ve been recognised in this category as a fully female-led agency, with an exciting and progressive employee offering. Our agency culture is something we are especially proud of, having been named in Campaign’s Top 50 places to Work in Marketing, five years in a row. Our flexible hybrid working policy, off-site training days (including tech innovation and AI), team-building getaways and social events, and growth opportunities, all contribute to the rewarding team culture that we foster.  

In what’s been a highly successful year to date, we’re set to maintain our +90% staff retention rate and are continuing to evolve our offering, pushing forward social innovation and creative excellence across our growing client base.
